How To Register A Player
Let us know your player’s details by filling out the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk(*) are required. Please be sure to read and review the Impact Softball Handbook and Medical Release Form included, and download a copy for your records. Then, review your information and sign to register. Signatures are required of both the parent and the player to confirm they have read and understood the rules stated in the Impact Handbook, as well as the Medical Release Form.
If your team is located in Arizona, please fill out the AZ Impact registration form. If your team is located in another state, Please fill out the Impact Elite registration form.
Guest players need to sign the Guest Player Release Form before competing.
